The Institute for Social Research and Education Foundation (IBIES) proudly presents the co-publication of the book, together with the Polish Association for Security, “DEEP Dive Special Edition” – a collection of expert discussions on contemporary terrorist threats and methods of combating them.
About the publication
The book “DEEP Dive Special Edition” is a collection of transcripts from 56 episodes of the acclaimed podcast hosted by Dr. Sajjan M. Gohel, an international expert on counterterrorism. The publication contains conversations with leading specialists and practical analyses of contemporary security challenges, presented in an accessible book format.
Book presentation in Olsztyn
Dr. Sajjan M. Gohel, who is not visiting Poland for the first time – he was previously the keynote speaker at the prestigious Copernicus Forum, among others – came to the Warmian-Masurian region on June 10-12. During his visit, he conducted CTRC (Counterterrorism Reference Curriculum) workshops in Lidzbark Warmiński and a ceremonial book presentation in Olsztyn, during which he personally signed copies for participants.
International cooperation
The publication of the book by IBIES Foundation is the result of fruitful international cooperation under an administrative agreement between organizations dealing with security. This publication serves as an example of successful transfer of expert knowledge to Polish soil, strengthening Poland’s position in European security initiatives.
