The Institute for Research and Social Education Foundation (IBIES) was a co-organizer of specialized training on low-profile operational techniques, together with the Polish Association for Security (PAS).
Expert Workshops for Specialists
The sessions were conducted by an experienced expert in the field of operational discretion tactics. Training participants familiarized themselves with a methodology of conduct that enables reducing one’s own visibility in public space and ways of avoiding unwanted attention in various situational contexts.
The program encompassed both theoretical transmission concerning the fundamentals of the greyman protocol, as well as intensive practical exercises. Training participants mastered skills related to concealing behavioral modification, assessment of environment dynamics, and flexible adaptation of strategies in response to changing security parameters.
Value for Security Professionals
The competencies acquired during the training constitute a significant extension of the professional toolkit of people engaged in protection. The techniques presented during the session have direct application in operational work requiring maintaining a low profile and the ability to function in high-risk environments without attracting attention.
IBIES’s partnership in this undertaking reflects the Foundation’s pursuit of supporting the professional development of security specialists by providing them access to advanced practical knowledge and methodologies applied in demanding operational conditions.
