Cybersecurity Management Workshops for Enterprises

The Institute for Research and Social Education Foundation (IBIES), together with the Polish Association for Security (PAS) and Garda Security Agency, organized workshops on December 15, 2025, in Olsztyn, dedicated to practical aspects of digital security management in organizations. The event addressed the growing needs of entrepreneurs in the field of effective protection against contemporary threats in cyberspace.

Program Led by Cyberpolex Experts

The substantive aspect of the workshops was provided by specialists from Cyberpolex, who prepared a comprehensive program covering four key thematic modules. The first topic concerned the identification of current threats to organizational information security – participants learned about the spectrum of risks from ransomware attacks and phishing to supply chain threats. Subsequent modules focused on cybersecurity management methodology in companies, building an information security culture, and incident response procedures compliant with applicable regulations.

Practical Approach to Securing Information Assets

The workshops were distinguished by the applicative nature of the knowledge transferred. Participants received ready-made crisis response protocols – from the moment of incident detection, through documentation and analysis, to implementing corrective actions. The program also included the presentation of simple but effective technical and organizational solutions that can be implemented in enterprises of various sizes, taking into account budget constraints.

Building Competencies in Digital Security

The initiative aligns with the IBIES Foundation’s strategy supporting the development of competencies crucial for the functioning of modern organizations. The event served as a platform for exchanging experiences between security experts and business community representatives, enabling the transfer of practical knowledge regarding the protection of digital assets. Such educational activities respond to the growing market demand for specialists who understand the complexity of cyber threats and can effectively build protection systems in enterprises.
